Coaches play a very influential role in a person’s life. As coaches, you can’t superimpose your negative experiences and mindset on your clients. As a coach, you must be aware of your surroundings and they will give you the purpose. Your purpose will itself come to you, without finding it. You just have to be open, aware and focus on your surroundings. When you are aware of your surroundings, purpose follows you through.

As a coach, to understand your clients' values, you must be aware of your values. When a client comes to a coach stuck somewhere. Misaligned with their values, stuck in an emotional turmoil and not self-aware. A coach can help them look at their blind spots, by questioning them after understanding their situation and values. A coach working with a value-system, helps clients motivate and uncover resistances.

  1. Know your emotions

Before understanding your client's emotions, as a coach, you must be willing to work on your own. Being aware of the surroundings and understanding what makes you dull or angry or happy. Are they supposed to make you that way? Is it justified to feel a certain way? Asking questions and having a toolkit of solutions to work upon your emotional self as a coach is an answer.

A self-aware coach explains expectations, asks questions, measures results diligently and appreciates clients and teammates. As an inspiring coach, a positive coaching formula helps in conquering results.
